Critera

The goal of keeping the tradition of Carnaval alive may have the following rigorous criteria:

1. It should clearly exhibit the Brazillian culture by making a painting of a typical Carnaval costume that includes the colors of the flag to represent Brazil. 

2. It must be within a €60 budget.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

3. The materials used will be; a big white canvas because I want all the details of the painting to be seen, paint, paintbrushes, and rhinestones to make the painting extravagant.
